Our Story

OVCA is open to full-time, Oklahoma residents in grades K–12. We offer a personalized approach to education, concurrent enrollment through the TEL program, career-focused electives at career tech centers statewide, and honors and credit recovery courses.

Insight School of Oklahoma (ISOK) is a full-time online public school for students in grades 6–12. We’re dedicated to inspiring and empowering students through an education experience tailored to their needs.

Our Story

ISOK is open to full-time, Oklahoma residents in grades 6–12 who are age 21 and younger. We offer credit recovery courses, block scheduling, concurrent enrollment, and a social and emotional learning program.

Personalized Approach

At Insight School of Oklahoma (ISOK), we believe in unlocking every student’s potential, no matter what challenges they have faced or may still be facing. We couple proven teaching techniques with interactive, online learning to help students feel engaged, empowered, and challenged.

By incorporating audio, video, live chat, printed materials, and group interactions into the curriculum, our students can learn in the ways that work best for them. Class Connects provide one-to-one student–teacher meetings and live instructional sessions.

To address each student’s individual needs, we give them a benchmark test to assess their skills in various subjects. From there, we develop an Individualized Learning Plan to place students in appropriate courses, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and chart their progress.

We also help students map out career and higher education goals by offering a college and career planning tool and personalized support.

School Opening and Location

MU Prep held its inaugural first day of school on August 3, 2022, for Indiana residents only. For the 2023–2024 school year, MU Prep has expanded to offer our innovative, virtual full-time enrollment to students in grades K–10 in more than 30 states. We will also offer grades 11 and 12 in the coming years. MU Prep-Indiana offers a fully virtual program to students across the state and a hybrid learning option, including in-person learning at Marian University in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana. Conveniently located, the beautiful campus is an inspiring place to learn and reflect. MU Prep hopes to expand hybrid learning models to other locations in the future.
